After purchasing ComfortAir, will I have to pay for updated
versions?
Our policy is to ask customers to pay for all major upgrades, but minor upgrades will
be free. For example, if the current version is Ver 1.0, then Ver 2.0 will be a major
upgrade which would extend the capabilities of the program. So would also be Ver 3.0
and Ver 4.0. The customers who bought Ver 1.0 would be required to pay for a Ver 2.0
upgrade. Of course, the price of the upgrade will be significantly less than the price
of the full program. However, if problems are discovered in any major version, these
problems will be corrected in a minor upgrade. So, for example, if problems are
discovered with Ver 1.0, these would be corrected in Ver 1.1, and if other problems
are found after that, these would be corrected in Ver 1.2, etc. Versions 1.1 and 1.2
would be minor upgrades, which would be available free of cost to those customers who
have purchased Ver 1.x. All customers who have purchased Ver 1.x would be informed by
email about any minor upgrades, and advised on how they can download these minor
upgrades from our web site free of cost.
For how long is the software licence available once the customer has purchased

unlimited time. In the case of a rental, the licence will be for 365 days.
